How to shop
Find what you need
There are several ways to find the article you are looking for:
In the left you can click through to our navigation tree / our drop-down menu.
Click the "Quick Order" from the menu if you already know the part number of the goods you want to order.
To the left you will find our search engine. Type your keywords in the box and then click "Search". For more information on searching, see the Help under "Tips".
Once you find the article you are interested in click on "Buy" - or "Select" button. "Select" - button, in case you have to make another choice, for example, choose the size or color.
Shopping Cart
By clicking "Add" adds the article in your shopping cart. Shopping Cart is always displayed at the top right. Here you can see the number of items and the total order value.
Checkout
Once you have finished shopping, click the "Checkout" located next to the shopping basket. When you come to the checkout (and you're not already logged in), you must choose to sign in or register.
Verify that your address and the contents of your order are correct. Do you want to change the number of articles you enter the correct number in the field, and press "Change". Click on the "X" deletes the article on that particular line.
Login
Are you already a customer with us, login with your username and password.
Registration
If you have not shopped with us before, please register at checkout. You choose a username and password. Note that the username must be unique just for you. If the user is already registered with us via our system you choose a new one. When you select username, consider the following:
select the characters A - Z, a - Z, 0-9
Do NOT use spaces
uppercase and lowercase characters are considered different, "Annika" and "Annika" is thus two different username.
If you later need to change your customer data, you do so under "My Account" after you login.
Confirm Order
When all information is correct, click "Finish Purchase". Now you are ready with your order!
Payment
Payment on invoice or by credit card.
Now you will be taken to a page where you are asked to fill in the details of the card number and owners, etc. Click on the "Pay" and the request is forwarded to the bank for verification of the transaction. If the transaction is authorized you will be redirected to the confirmation page. If the transaction is not permitted sent you back to the previous page where an error message. Here is a link back to the order page.
Receipt
When you get your receipt, you know that we received your order. This is the last page of the cash-flow. While you get to see your receipt, we will send an email to the email address provided by you at registration which we confirm that we received your order.
You can print it as you get up on the screen and save it.
Delivery
Unless otherwise stated, the products are shipped the same day.
Order history
Your previous orders can be found under "My Account". If you click on an order shown more detailed information, as well as all order lines. You can copy an order and have as a basis when you want to shop again. If you click the article code shown made deliveries. In order summary allows you to see and click a small icon to the right of a package is trackable via our tracking function.
