Terms of sale - BA Trading AB
Pricing: All of our prices are excluding VAT. We reserve the right to make price adjustments without prior notice.
Shipping: Delivery FOB from our warehouse. Free shipping within Sweden for orders exceeding 2500 SEK . For order values under 2500 SEK and for exports, we charge shipping at self-cost. You can also collect goods directly from us, by prior appointment.
Payment Terms: Prepayment unless otherwise agreed. We accept the most common credit cards and bank transfers. For agreed credit, 30 days net applies. On overdue payments, interest of 15.5% applies. We reserve the right to perform a credit check.
Trade-in parts: The trade-in part must be returned within 7 days after receiving the replacement part, unless otherwise agreed. The part shall be returned complete, not disassembled, not exposed to external damage and properly clean. If the part is not returned within said time, we are obliged to charge you for the same. The part and the component parts must be in restorable condition, otherwise the defective parts (eg cracked top lid, cracked block, crankshaft breakage etc.) will be subject to after billing. The after billing amount depends on the availability of used replacement parts. Return shipping for the trade-in part is paid for by the customer.
Guarantee Terms: All new parts are covered by a one year warranty against manufacturing defects. In case of a manufacturing defect in a new part, BA Trading AB will reimburse the cost of labor for replacing the defective part as agreed. Compensation for cost of labor as above does not apply outside of Sweden, unless otherwise agreed.
Used parts are covered by a functional guarantee on delivery, i.e. BA Trading AB guarantees that the parts work properly upon delivery. Otherwise, the part will be exchanged for an equivalent used part (subject to availability). Absent of similar parts BA Trading AB will credited the invoiced amount. Upon failure of a used part BA Trading AB will not reimburse the cost of replacing the part.
Renovated replacement part are covered by for 1 year warranty or 1000 hours, whichever occurs first applies. Upon failure of a replacement part under warranty, BA Trading AB will reimburse the cost of labor for replacing the defective part according to a special price list. Compensation for labor as above does not apply outside Sweden, unless otherwise agreed.
For the warranty to apply, the replacement part must be returned along with the filled out warranty form.
Common to all parts: BA Trading AB does not reimburse any costs other than those mentioned above. No compensation is made for lost revenue due to downtime, lost income, cost for rental machines, shipping cost etc. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. The guarantee applies only if the part has been correctly fitted according to the manufacturer's instructions. The compensation above is paid only if a complaint has been properly made as described below. No warranty work must be performed without BA Trading AB's prior permission.

Detailed description of the problem must accompany the claim. No warranty work may begin without BA Trading AB's prior permission.
Availability: Subject to limited availability and some some spare parts can be out-of-stock.
Returns: Returns are accepted only by prior agreement. Shipment to us in connection with a return is paid by the customer. If the reason for the return is not due to BA Trading AB, we will deduct 20% of the return value from the credit note. The deduction applies to all non-stock parts. In these cases the shipping cost will also not be credited.
Transport damage: Shipping damage must be reported immediately to the carrier and BA Trading AB. Be sure to check that all goods are free from damaged on delivery. Do not accept goods from the carrier if damaged.
Ownership: BA Trading BA maintains ownership of the goods until full payment is received.
Misprints: We make reservations for misprints and errors in catalogs and website.
